The annual dues for Tides West Homeowners Association is $125.00 per parcel.  The dues are due on January 1st of each year.

There are a limited number of spaces for small boats to be stored at the lake.  The cost for a spot is $20 per year.  If you are interested in a boat space, please contact the Treasurer, John Holtermann.
